• Commitment to Scripture and ordination or readiness to pursue it.
• Ordination, seminary or Bible college education.

Responsibilities

• Preaching and biblical teaching.
• Bible studies and discipleship.
• Baptisms, weddings, and funerals.
• Ministerial care and counseling as time permits.
• Working with church elders and the Church Board.
• Helping the church grow spiritually and numerically.
• Building relationships within the local community.
