Job summary

Pathway Baptist Church in Prudenville, MI seeks a full-time Pastor to lead the congregation, exposit sermons, and shepherd the church in a biblically grounded, gospel-centered manner.

The role is hands-on leadership with pulpit ministry, everyday administration, discipleship and small groups, and collaboration with deacons to oversee budget and church tasks. The pastor will administer Believer's Baptism, the Lord's Supper, weddings and funerals.

• Expository Preaching- deliver weekly, biblically sound, gospel-centered sermons that align with historic Baptist doctrine
• Relational shepherding- home visits, hospital visitations, personal prayer with members
• Discipleship & small groups- lead or equip volunteers to run Sunday school, Bible studies, and prayer meetings
• Work with Deacons and church committees to oversee administrative tasks and budget management
• Administer the scriptural ordinances of Believer's Baptism and the Lord's supper
• Conduct weddings and funerals
