We Are Looking For a Pastor Who

• Is licensed and in good standing with the Christian & Missionary Alliance
• Meets the criteria in the Critchfield C&MA ministry description for a senior pastor
• Has the ability to shepherd a multigenerational congregation
• Will develop leaders and disciples within and outside the congregation
• Possesses basic skills in audio‑visual technology and various forms of social media
• Will develop and grow ministries for young couples and young families
• Will develop and grow ministries that impact the local community—leading us to serve and invest beyond our four walls

Compensation & Support

The pastor is paid a monthly salary that reflects district guidelines and ministry experience. A parsonage is provided along with all utilities, and the church covers the full cost of health insurance, including dental and vision. A pastoral office is available in the church building. Church finances—including invested funds and full compensation details—are discussed during candidate interviews.
