Community Alliance Church in Winter Springs, Florida, is prayerfully seeking its next Lead Pastor to shepherd a warm, caring congregation with a rich history of faithfully serving both the church and the surrounding community. This is a part‑time position and candidates with bi‑vocational or convocational ministry experience are preferred.

A cornerstone of its community outreach is the Community Alliance Preschool, which has been serving children from three months through VPK for over twenty years.
