Job summary

Folsomdale Baptist Church in rural Cowlesville, NY, is seeking a full-time Pastor to lead, teach, and shepherd our gospel-centered congregation of about 45 in weekly attendance.

We want a godly man who preaches with clarity and conviction, models integrity, and walks with us in faith and love. A college or Biblical degree is required, and pastoral experience is preferred. The pastor will provide spiritual oversight, care for members and the community, and champion biblical teaching.

We look forward with anticipation to welcoming an authentic, Gospel-driven, and relationally gifted shepherd who will lead, inspire, and walk alongside us in faith and love.

  • Founded in 1867 by German Baptist immigrants, Folsomdale Baptist Church celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2017. Once a vibrant congregation with a dynamic pastor, youth ministry, and thriving Awana program, we now find ourselves a smaller, older body of believers—yet still deeply committed to God’s work. Our surrounding community includes many young families, and we believe there is great potential for renewal and growth under the right shepherd’s leadership. We have the facilities, resources, and the heart—many of us long to see our children and grandchildren grow up in the same faith community that shaped our lives. Compensation

We offer a total salary package of $55,000 which includes a beautiful three-bedroom parsonage on church property with all utilities and maintenance.
