As an HTST Operator at our dairy production facility, you will operate and monitor the High‑Temperature Short‑Time (HTST) pasteurization system, ensuring product safety and quality. You will set up and maintain equipment, conduct routine quality checks, troubleshoot issues, keep detailed production records, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay, paid holidays, bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k)). Associates may be eligible for quarterly bonuses per company bonus plans. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
