• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsabilités

• Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Prepare pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items on time and accurately.
• Assist with line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for your station as needed.
• Practice safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives and equipment.
• Handle station opening/closing and related side duties.
