• Must follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Able to prep and assemble pasta, sandwiches, and grilled items.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Prepare pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items accurately and promptly.
• Support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for their station.
• Practice safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives, and equipment.
• Open/close station and perform side work duties each shift.
