California Pizza Kitchen in Irvine, CA is seeking a Pasta Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will prepare pasta, sandwiches, and grilled items while upholding the CPK standards for quality and sanitation.

You will work in a fast-paced, friendly environment with flexible shifts and opportunities for full- and part-time roles. Training and advancement are available as you contribute to an epic dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to follow safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Prepare pasta, sandwiches, and grilled items with accuracy and speed.
• Support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for station as needed.
• Practice safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
• Open/close station and perform side work duties.
