Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen in Brea Mall is seeking a part-time Pasta Cook to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing pasta dishes, sandwiches, and grilled items with a focus on quality and safety, and you will assist with line checks and prep sheets during each shift.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation; prepare pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items with timely accuracy.
• Support line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for the station as needed.
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform opening/closing and side work duties each shift.
