Responsibilities

• Produce extraordinary customer service as per the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Set goals to grow selling skills and track overall sales.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards as listed in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations including completing work lists, shipments, and maintenance.
• Utilize product knowledge to present merchandise and promote sales.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational problems to store management.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in tech clinics for the store.
• Protect the company's assets by ensuring internal control procedures and reporting potential fraud risk.
