Job summary

Infallible Home Care, LLC is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to provide high-quality in-home care for clients in Greenville, MI. You will support clients with ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments, while upholding residents' rights with empathy and dignity.

Applicants should have 1+ years of caregiver experience, be able to work independently, pass a background check, and hold a valid driver’s license with insurance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors.
• Able to work independently.
• Respect for vulnerable populations with empathy, dignity, and respect.
• Pass background check.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and proof of car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Utilize first aid and knowledge of residents' rights to ensure quality care.
• Drive to appointments or outings as needed, utilizing a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks

The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with clients of all ages.

Responsibilities:

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Utilize premium skills like first aid and knowledge of residents' rights to ensure quality care.
• Drive to appointments or outings as needed, utilizing a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks

Requirements:

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors, MUST include work history when applying
• Able to work Independently
• View/treat vulnerable population with empathy, dignity, and respect
• Pass background check
• Valid driver's license and ability to transport clients with clean driving record as well as proof of car insurance.
