Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking part-time ABA aides to support children with autism in home or community settings. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, collect session data, and help families implement skill-building plans under supervision.

No prior experience required; paid training is provided. Ideal for students or individuals seeking flexible afternoon or evening hours while making a meaningful impact on children and families involved in ABA therapy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
