Job summary

Horizon Air in Spokane, WA is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to assist guests with travel needs, respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and perform tasks in baggage, ticketing, check-in and boarding flights. Role Summary

The Passenger Service Agentis responsible forassistingguests with travel needs by responding to guest inquiries and resolving complaints, and performing various tasks in baggage, ticketing,check-inand boarding flights.

Key Duties
  • Assistguests with travel needs (e.g., answering inquiries, baggage, ticketing, checking-inpassengersand boarding flights).
  • Ensure cabinaccommodations.
  • Assistwith mishandled guestsas a result ofoversold flights, delayed or cancelled flights, lost,delayedor damaged luggage.
  • Evaluate and prepare flights by arranging seat assignments, directing guests, making announcements using a PAsystemprocessing upgrades and standby requests.
  • Process and secure guest luggage.Entersandmaintainsdelayed or damaged luggage claims using a data entry system.
  • At the direction of management, may be assigned to perform duties of varying capacities to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
