Job summary

Direct Automotive Services, LLC is seeking Roadrunners for local vehicle movement on Wednesdays through Fridays in Grove City, OH. No CDL is required and routes are within a 60-mile radius with daily pickup and delivery of vehicles.

You will drive to auto auctions and dealerships, ride with others in a shuttle, perform pre-drive inspections, and collaborate with the team to ensure safe, on-time deliveries. This is a part-time, 1099 contract position.

Qualifications

• Good Driving Record
• Successful MVR, background and drug test
• Ability to get in and out of vehicles repeatedly during the day
• Ability to see clearly near and far and perceive depth and motion
• Smart Phone

Responsibilities

• Drive passenger vehicles to and from the auto auctions and nearby dealerships or storage lots
• Ride in a company shuttle van with other drivers to and from the pickup and drop-off locations

• Perform a walk around visual inspection for damage before driving the vehicle
• Work as part of a team to provide efficient and safe pickup and delivery of vehicles

RR-OH-COL-DRIVER #186

We are looking for Roadrunners to move cars on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

This is a local driving role - NO CDL REQUIRED - generally driving within 60 mile radius - no over the road or over night - local daily pickup and delivery of vehicles via driving

As a Transport Driver aka Car Mover you will:

• Drive passenger vehicles to and from the auto auctions and nearby dealerships or storage lots.
• Ride in a company shuttle van with other drivers to and from the pickup and drop-off locations
• Follow other vehicles or chase van in front of you
• Follow safe driving procedures
• Scan vehicles with a Smart phone
• Perform a walk around visual inspection for damage before driving the vehicle
• Work as part of a team to provide efficient and safe pickup and delivery of vehicles

Requirements:

• 21+ years old
• Good Driving Record
• Successful MVR, background and drug test
• Ability to get in and out of vehicles repeatedly during the day
• Ability to see clearly near and far, maintain adequate peripheral vision and perceive depth and motion as well as distinguish traffic signals and sounds.
• Smart Phone

Schedule: Opportunities from Wednesday through Friday Approximately 24-30 Hours

Pay Rate: $13 per Hour

• Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time for check-in and security procedures
