Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking ROADRUNNER DRIVERS for local auto auction and dealership runs. This is a long-term, non-seasonal driving role with 1099 contract status and opportunities for full-time or part-time hours in the Flat Rock, MI area.

Responsibilities include transporting vehicles to auctions and dealerships, riding in a shuttle van with other drivers, inspecting vehicles, and ensuring safe, efficient pickup and delivery in a team setting. 21+ with clean MVR required.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• Good Driving Record
• Successful MVR, background and drug test
• Ability to get in and out of vehicles repeatedly during the day
• Ability to see clearly near and far, maintain adequate peripheral vision and perceive depth and motion as well as distinguish traffic signals and sounds.
• Smart Phone
• Marijuana use or impairment is prohibited while driving or on assignment, regardless of legality or medical authorization

We are looking for LONG TERM Roadrunners who enjoying driving in their local area. This IS NOT A TEMPORARY or SEASONAL job.

• Ride in a company shuttle van with other drivers to and from the pickup and drop-off locations
• Follow other vehicles or chase van in front of you
• Follow safe driving procedures
• Scan vehicles with a Smart phone
• Perform a walk around visual inspection for damage before driving the vehicle
• Work as part of a team to provide efficient and safe pickup and delivery of vehicles

Requirements:

• 21+ years of age

Schedule

Monday - Friday 32-40 hours a week

*Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time for check-in and security procedures
