Prospect Airport Services seeks a Passenger Assistance Supervisor to lead a team of leads and agents providing passenger assistance at our Denver operations. You will supervise shift coverage, coordinate training, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily tasks at the airport.

Qualificações

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driving License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• One year of relevant work experience in aviation or ground handling services (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
• Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising agents to their assigned shifts to ensure the daily activities are performed safely and efficiently. Manage dispatching agents and applicable equipment to their arriving and departing flights, planes, and assignments.

Job Duties:

* Must be able to frequently lift, move up to 70 lbs; Constantly push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.

Working conditions:

* Must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.

* Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
