Paul Mitchell The School – Pasadena is hiring a full-time Esthetician Learning Leader - Skincare Teacher in Pasadena, CA. Earn $21–$22 per hour guiding students through hands-on skincare education and professional development within a recognized beauty education brand.

You will create engaging classrooms, cover skin health science, ingredient technology and professional techniques while promoting student growth and career readiness in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician with at least 3 years of experience in skincare.
• 3+ years of esthetician experience in a salon, spa or medical setting preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic classrooms using OBEs, learning centers and mini-classes.
• Teach skin health science, ingredient technology and skincare innovations.
• Instruct professional facial techniques, waxing and makeup, plus retail recommendations.
• Develop business and guest service skills in students.
