• Experience with pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and court appearances.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions and draft motions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Negotiate settlements and assist with trial preparation.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution and meet deadlines.
