Job summary

EY is seeking a Microsoft 365 AI Solution Architect (Manager) to guide enterprise-scale digital workplace transformations, embedding with client teams to drive design, implementation and governance of modern Microsoft 365 solutions across Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and related tools.

This role emphasizes AI-first solutions, collaboration with EY groups, and delivering against aggressive timelines while ensuring security and compliance through frameworks like

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional technical consulting designing and implementing service offerings leveraging the Microsoft stack including Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Copilot Studio; deep understanding of agile development.
• Experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365, and related AI/LLM architectures.
• Solution development with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Search, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
• M365 Copilot deployment and Copilot Control System configuration and testing.
• Responsible AI using ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act and OWASP LLM Top 10.

• Design, customize and optimize digital workplace solutions with M365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Agent 365 and Copilot Studio.
• Collaborate with EY groups to sell and deliver digital workplace transformation engagements.

Microsoft 365 AI Solution Architect (Manager)

EY advises clients to understand, architect, select and implement bleeding edge solutions required to efficiently run their businesses, with a focus on cloud and digital workplace transformation. These consulting services include technical architecture and strategy, solution and service offering design and implementation, and technical advisory services.

The opportunity

Most of your time will be spent embedded with our clients’ team and we’ll look to you to provide our clients with unique business and technical perspectives on how they must innovate to remain competitive and be resilient in an environment of constant disruption.

As an M365 AI Solution Architect, you will have depth in knowledge of building enterprise solutions for Microsoft 365 solution platforms including: Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot, and Copilot Studio. You will lead and participate in enterprise solution implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. You will be an integral part of the delivery team to ensure the solutions built for our clients meet their needs to help drive their success through various methods such as solution blueprints, design reviews and cross-workstream collaborations to provide a total solution.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will focus on the design, customization and optimization of digital workplace solutions, particularly with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Agent 365, and Copilot Studio. You will collaborate with various EY groups with digital capabilities to sell and deliver digital workplace transformation engagements. Your AI-first solutions will transform our client’s vision and strategy to become a Frontier organization.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Working in project teams through agreed upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and implementation of client's project lifecycle
• Leading team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the digital technology consulting arena
• Providing broad technical and functional knowledge of various key technology and business platforms
• Teaming with client technology professionals, and third-party strategic alliances
• Developing long-term relationships and networks both internally and with clients and business partners
• Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives

To qualify for the role you must have

At least 5 years of professional technical consulting experience designing and implementing service offerings leveraging the Microsoft stack including some or all of: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and building agents with Copilot Studio and Visual Studio. The successful candidate possesses a deep understanding of agile software development.

Working with large enterprise clients to implement complex projects for some or all of:

• Deep understanding and experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365,
• Experience with industry LLMs, RAG architectures, Copilot extensibility, and protocols like MCP and A2A.
• Solution development with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Search, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
• M365 Copilot technical deployment and Copilot Control System configuration and testing.
• Responsible AI via AI Risk Frameworks like: ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, OWASP LLM Top 10.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Microsoft certifications and prior consulting experience are highly preferred

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $125,900 to $231,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $151,200 to $262,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
