The Little Gym of Arlington/Mansfield in Mansfield, TX is seeking a Part-Time Birthday Party Leader who can energize and entertain children on weekends. You will host and run birthday parties, create memorable experiences, and guide kids through fun activities while supporting parents.

A background in performing arts or theater helps, and a passion for making every child feel special is essential. weekend availability is required, and competitive hourly pay with opportunities for tips and growth

Birthday Party Leader — Are You a Kid Magnet?

We’re NOT looking for someone to hand out juice boxes and herd kids through activities. We’re looking for a natural-born entertainer — someone who walks into a room and immediately has every child in it completely captivated. Someone with zero fear of looking ridiculous, a dinosaur roar on standby, and the kind of energy that makes a three-year-old’s birthday feel like the greatest day of their life.

If your friends call you "the fun one," if kids you’ve never met follow you around the playground, if the idea of leading a conga line of three-year-olds sounds like a great Saturday — you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do

Work Schedule

Birthday parties run on Saturday and Sunday afternoons only — our busiest and most important time of the week. Weekend availability is non-negotiable. If working weekends feels like an opportunity rather than a sacrifice, you already have the right mindset for this role.
