• Ability to effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with arriving birthday parties.
• Create memorable experiences by interacting with the party Guests.
• Monitor events and aid the party parent/party planner.
• Gather and store birthday gifts and cake.
• Process payment transactions and welcome Guests back.
• Set up, break down, and clean before and after each party event.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
