Compensation Details

Hourly: $16.90 - $17.90

Commission Details

• Exempt: Commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership sold, and $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold. Paid out bi‑weekly (unless state law requires otherwise).
• Non‑Exempt: Commission potential from $2.00 to $8.00 for each Membership sold, and $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass sold. Paid out bi‑weekly (unless state law requires otherwise).

Party Host Responsibilities

Party Hosts provide a high‑energy experience for birthday parties. They prepare the party area by setting up tables, taking orders, attending to guests, and ensuring the birthday child has a blast.

• Be at least 15 years of age
• Available to work various shifts

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality

Essential Job Functions and Work Environment

• Obtain the ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during scheduled shift.
• Obtain the ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift.
• Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co‑workers. The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
