Main Event Entertainment in Tucson is seeking a Party Host to welcome birthday parties, host scheduled activities, and ensure a FUN, safe celebration. You will engage guests, manage event flow, and coordinate with party planners to deliver a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with arriving birthday parties and serving as their Host throughout their scheduled activities.
• Creating memorable experiences by interacting with guests during the birthday event.
• Monitor events, anticipate party needs, and assist the party planner.
• Gather and store birthday gifts and cake when applicable.
• Process payment transactions and greet guests as they return.
• Set up, break down, and clean before and after each party event.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

Job Description: At Main Event, our Party Hosts are the life of the party and create unforgettable birthday memories! As a Party Host, you are enthusiastic and relentless in creating FUN birthday celebrations, all while having a little fun yourself! You know the details of the event inside and out and can manage the scheduled birthday activities, so our birthday parents don't have to! You're also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Welcome and engage with arriving birthday parties and serving as their Host throughout their scheduled activities (let's get this party started!)
• Creating memorable experiences by interacting and engaging with the party Guests throughout the birthday event
• Ensuring memorable birthday experiences by monitoring events, anticipating party needs, and aiding the party parent/party planner
• Gathering and storing birthday gifts and cake (if applicable)
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after each party event
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prior food and beverage or Party Host experience is a plus but not required
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends
