Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a friendly Party Host to welcome birthday parties, guide them through scheduled activities, and ensure a fun, safe experience.

You will engage guests, manage event details, handle payments, and help with setup and teardown while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across the center.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or Party Host experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with arriving birthday parties and serving as their Host throughout their scheduled activities.
• Creating memorable experiences by interacting and engaging with the party Guests throughout the birthday event.
• Ensuring memorable birthday experiences by monitoring events, anticipating party needs, and aiding the party parent/party planner.
• Gathering and storing birthday gifts and cake (if applicable).
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back.
• Setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after each party event.
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards.

Job Description: At Main Event, our Party Hosts are the life of the party and create unforgettable birthday memories! As a Party Host, you are enthusiastic and relentless in creating FUN birthday celebrations, all while having a little fun yourself! You know the details of the event inside and out and can manage the scheduled birthday activities, so our birthday parents don’t have to! You're also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

Welcome and engage with arriving birthday parties and serving as their Host throughout their scheduled activities (let’s get this party started!)

Creating memorable experiences by interacting and engaging with the party Guests throughout the birthday event

Ensuring memorable birthday experiences by monitoring events, anticipating party needs, and aiding the party parent/party planner

Gathering and storing birthday gifts and cake (if applicable)

Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back

Setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after each party event

Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prior food and beverage or Party Host experience is a plus but not required
