Job summary

Crescent Constructors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Party Chief to lead construction surveying and layout on water and wastewater projects, ensuring accuracy and safety.

You will supervise crews, establish control points, and coordinate with project teams to meet drawings and specifications. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction surveying, strong leadership, and proficiency with total stations, GPS, and laser levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in construction surveying.
• Experience leading survey crews as Party Chief.
• Experience on water/wastewater projects preferred.
• Knowledge of control points, elevations, and grade verification.
• Ability to read drawings and digital models.

Responsibilities

• Lead survey crews on layout, staking and grade verification.
• Establish control points and reference elevations.
• Operate total stations, GPS, robotic systems, laser levels.
• Coordinate with superintendents and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety and site documentation.
