Job summary

Art of Drawers NJ is seeking friendly, energetic Event Specialists to connect with homeowners at festivals, street fairs, home shows, and community events across Central and North Jersey.

You will engage attendees, generate leads, and schedule complimentary in-home design consultations, with weekend events typically 4–6 hour shifts. This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling and an hourly rate plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience with events, brand ambassador work, promotions, customer service, sales, or lead generation preferred.
• Experience working events or promotions for different brands is a plus.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging with new people.
• Availability for weekend events, with occasional Fridays.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to different event locations.
• Comfortable using basic computer applications.
• Able to assist with event setup and breakdown and lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

We have weekend events available throughout the year, typically in 4–6 hour shifts. Pick the events that work with your schedule!

We Offer
