Role Description

This part-time, on-site Sales Associate role is based at our Island Outfitters location in Newport, RI. The Sales Associate will greet and assist customers, provide product information, recommend items, and ensure a welcoming in-store experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining merchandise displays, restocking shelves, processing sales transactions, and handling returns or exchanges in accordance with store policies. The role also involves keeping the sales floor clean and organized, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting seasonal promotions or events. Sales Associates collaborate with team members to meet store goals and deliver consistent customer service during assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications
