Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support across Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs
• Assist teachers with afternoon activities, transitions, and pick‑up routines
• Engage children through play, art, music, movement, and outdoor activities
• Help with snacks, classroom cleanup, and end‑of‑day routines
• Provide teacher break and classroom coverage as needed
• Help maintain required classroom ratios
• Provide attentive supervision and positive guidance
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized classroom environments
• Follow Michigan childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements

Part-Time Floater Teacher – Daycare & Preschool Location: The Learning Experience – South Lyon, MI Pay: $16–$18 per hour Bubbles Reliability Reward Bonus: Earn an additional $100 per month for six months after successfully completing your first 90 days with consistent attendance Schedule: Part-Time, Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–6:30 PM

The Learning Experience – South Lyon is seeking a dependable and energetic Part-Time Floater Teacher to support our classrooms during the afternoon and closing hours.

This position is a great fit for a high school student, college student, or anyone looking for a consistent part‑time afternoon schedule. You’ll work with different classrooms throughout the center, helping our teaching teams while creating a positive end to the day for children and families.

Key Responsibilities
