Compensation

$50 per visit + one-time bonus of $50 after the first maintenance visit. Monthly bonus of $50 if all kayaks are active at the end of the month.

• Use your smartphone to check tickets and update statuses.

Pay Structure

• $50 (per regular monthly visit approx. 1‑2 hrs)
• $20 per emergency visit (as directed by the operations)
