Job summary

Caring Senior Service seeks compassionate caregivers to support seniors in Decatur and surrounding communities. The role emphasizes companionship, daily living assistance, meal prep, medication reminders, and mobility support at home.

Ideal candidates have caregiving experience, a valid DL, and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain. Expect a supportive team, flexible shifts, and opportunities for ongoing training.

• Previous caregiving experience (professional or personal)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Prepare meals and help with feeding as needed
• Medication reminders and light housekeeping support
• Accompany client to appointments and errands

Shift Available

• Monday- Friday in Lilburn | 11:00 AM -7:00 PM
• Must be comfortable with dogs

Pay

• $15–$16/hr (based on experience) — earn up to $17/hr for PRN and last-minute shifts
