Job summary

LKQ Corporation in Newark, OH is seeking motivated individuals to join our Parts Handler team. You will perform day-to-day yard or warehouse tasks, retrieve parts, package items for delivery, and prep orders while following safety guidelines.

The role includes operating a forklift/order picker and coordinating with Sales and Dispatch to ensure accurate part movement. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, basic math skills, and a working knowledge of automotive parts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and measurement skills for parts handling.
• Knowledge of automotive parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely maneuver around the yard or warehouse.
• Find and retrieve parts for orders.
• Package parts for delivery or prep.
• Pull and prep all sheet metal and other orders.
• Operate a forklift or order picker as directed.
• Tag parts accurately for destination.
• Communicate with Sales and Dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
