• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine shop and press operations in a cabinet‑manufacturing environment to support the assembly floor.


• Support the CARE values of the organization.


• Commit to producing a quality product for our customers.


• Operate machinery to create shipping packages.


• Assemble, line, and pad shipping boxes.


• Pack cabinetry parts and pieces in shipping boxes and apply product labels to the boxes.


• Seal shipping boxes using a box stapler and tape gun or feed into an automatic tape machine.


• Offload sealed boxes from the packing line into warehouse storage.


• Remove defective products or materials and place them in specified areas.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in woodworking or carpentry preferred.


• Knowledge of how to add and subtract measurements.


• Proficiency in reading measuring devices, including tape measures, straight rulers, and levels.


• Ability to identify proper tools needed to complete tasks and use them effectively.


• Detail‑oriented.
