include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Processes parts through required wash processes in accordance with part routing requirements. Operates parts washing equipment in a safe and efficient manner following PMPC Work Instructions and wash equipment operation recommendations. Monitors chemical solutions in each of the tanks, making the adjustments whenever necessary. Counts parts on a daily basis, placing them into the proper containers and labeling boxes with the necessary customer information when necessary. Picks up parts from the production machines to be cleaned at the end of the shift. Maintains current forklift license and assists loading and unloading trucks when needed.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
