Job summary

White's International Trucks High Point is seeking a Parts & Warehouse Specialist to support parts sales and oversee daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations. The role acts as a key link between customers, vendors, service technicians, and dealership departments to ensure efficient fulfillment and accurate inventory management.

You will assist retail, fleet, and internal customers, process orders, manage stock, and help maintain safe, organized warehouse processes while upholding OEM

Qualifications

• Previous experience in heavy-duty truck, automotive, equipment, warehouse, or shipping operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership management systems.
• Forklift certification or willingness to be trained.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying, sourcing, and purchasing truck parts.
• Process parts orders, returns, warranty claims, and core returns.
• Check all incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy against packing slips and invoices.
• Receive, inspect, unload, and process inbound freight shipments.
• Stock, organize, and maintain inventory in assigned locations.
• Maintain compliance with OEM requirements and dealership policies.
