Job summary

The Parts Warehouse Associate at Thompson Machinery receives, stores, picks, packs, and ships materials used in daily operations. You will bin and pull parts to maintain an efficient ordering process, load and secure parts for delivery, and process orders and returns for the repair shop and counter sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, vendors, and managers.
• Must complete TMCC forklift training and certification within 90 days.
• Proven experience as forklift operator is preferred.
• Adhere to all corporate safety standards.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stores, picks, packs, and ships materials used in daily operations.
• Bin and pull parts to maintain efficient parts ordering; load and secure parts for delivery.
• Process repair shop parts orders and returns; handle Parts Counter sales/returns.
• Assemble standard and custom hoses to meet various customer specifications.
