Job summary

Ohio Machinery Co. is seeking a Warehouse Parts Associate to support our heavy equipment parts inventory. In this role you will maintain accurate stock levels, pick and pack parts orders, assemble hoses, and deliver parts to technicians and customers.

You will collaborate with service teams to meet parts needs, perform cycle counts, and help ensure fast, accurate parts fulfillment in a dynamic shop environment. High school diploma and 3+ years in a warehouse are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of warehouse or inventory experience (mechanical parts preferred).
• Familiarity with heavy equipment or diesel engine parts (CAT experience a plus).
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/database systems).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and organized parts inventory (including cycle counts).
• Pick, pack, and process parts orders.
• Assemble hoses and deliver parts as needed.
• Work closely with technicians and customers to meet parts needs.
