Job summary

Ford Dealership in Texas seeks a Parts Warehouse Puller / Stocker to join the Parts Department. The role supports technicians, wholesale, retail, service, and online parts operations by receiving, stocking, organizing, locating, pulling, and staging automotive parts across multiple warehouses.

The successful candidate will maintain accurate bin locations, assist with cycle counts, and help ensure on-time order completion while upholding safety and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage parts accurately for wholesale, retail, service, and online orders.
• Stock incoming Ford and Motorcraft parts in assigned warehouse locations.
• Verify quantities and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Maintain proper inventory bin locations and warehouse organization.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control procedures.
• Assist in loading and unloading daily freight shipments.
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time; maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse areas.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly.
• Assist with shipping and packaging online and wholesale orders.
• Help identify and correct inventory discrepancies.
• Follow Ford and dealership procedures for parts handling and inventory management.
• Support department goals for productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Parts Management.
