Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. in Georgia is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate to pull stock, manage cycle counts and support branch operations. You will bin locate items, inspect cores, process returns and assist customers with loading, while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to obtain forklift certification.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively with assistive devices.
• Willingness to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Basic computer skills (email, internet, data entry).

• Safety conscious and customer focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform and enter daily cycle counts each morning prior to receiving stock or billing out any items.
• Receive all stock orders each day and bin locate items with no locations.
• Inspect worn cores before issuing credit.
• Review all part and core credits issued from previous day to verify receipt.
• Build hoses utilizing proper assembly and contamination control techniques.
• Pull all orders in a timely manner including branch transfers and assisting customers with loading.
• Maintain a clean warehouse by sweeping and cleaning.
• Process and return cores weekly.
• Respond to all warranty parts return requests weekly.
• Purge unneeded items from warranty hold areas monthly.
