Thompson Machinery is seeking a motivated Parts Warehouse Associate in Memphis, TN. You will receive, store, pick, pack, and ship parts used in daily operations and support the parts ordering process with accuracy.

You will bin/pull parts, load and secure items for delivery, and process parts orders and returns. Flexibility, reliability, and strong customer service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, vendors, and managers.
• Must complete TMCC forklift certification within first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship materials used in daily operations.
• Bin or pull parts to maintain efficient parts ordering process; load and secure parts for delivery.
• Process repair shop parts orders and returns; handle Parts Counter sales/returns.
