Cumberland International Trucks in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring for a full-time Parts Warehouse Picker/Packer. The role supports warehouse personnel and delivery drivers by accurately keeping inventory and picking/packing parts per ticket.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Parts department experience in a truck dealership or truck aftermarket environment is a plus.
• Trade school education in Parts Operations or Transportation Technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to customer parts or info requests and document availability.
• Receive daily orders, stock inventory, and track items.
• Accept accountability for receipt of customer cores and maintain inventory.
• Operate/maintain delivery vehicle as needed per policies.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
• Operate forklift or delivery vehicle as required.
• Pack items, scan barcodes, and move packages to shipping area.
• Inspect merchandise for correct items and condition per order.
