Ziegler CAT is hiring a Warehouse Person to assist with shipping, receiving, parts inventory, and walk-in customers. The role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and responsive customer service during the 3:00pm–11:30pm shift Monday to Friday in Kentucky.

You will work with parts stock locations and load/unload cargo using forklifts while maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, 2+ years in a warehouse, and strong

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills expected.
• 2+ years warehouse experience required.
• Personal characteristics: dependable, detail-oriented, positive attitude, efficient, team player, problem solver.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Experience in diesel engines, heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fill and prepare orders for shipment and inventory.
• Receive parts and backorder parts.
• Fill orders with materials from stock locations.
• Help manage bin and parts locations to verify inventory records.
• Address discrepancies in parts inventory.
• Determine proper mode of transportation for parts shipment.
• Assess equipment, tools, and environment to ensure workplace safety and compliance.
• Load and unload cargo using forklifts.
• Perform counter sales and answer phones as necessary.
• Build hydraulic hoses and maintain hose bench.
• Work collaboratively on a team.

Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location.
