Job summary

Servco Leeward is seeking a Parts Warehouse Person to support our service department and retail customers with genuine Toyota and Chevy parts. You will receive, stock, and pull parts accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities include checking in parts, entering data in the system, pulling for technicians, packing returns, handling paperwork, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. Hazmat/forklift readiness is required; 50 lb lift capability is needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of automotive experience.
• Must be able to obtain Hazmat and forklift certification.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Good communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to type a minimum of 15 wpm.
• Basic computer skills.
• DealerTrack knowledge preferred.

• Accurately receive and check-in parts to ensure correct part and quantity and inspect to ensure condition of parts are acceptable
• Scan and/or input parts information in computer system
• Pull parts for counter personnel and auto technicians
• Pack parts for returns
• Handles all required paperwork

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent

• Warehouse work experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to obtain Hazmat and forklift certification
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Good communication and customer relations skills
• Ability to type a minimum of 15 wpm
• Basic computer skills
• DealerTrack knowledge preferred
• Must be able to follow instructions, be detail oriented and a team player
• Work schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 7:00am - 5:30pm
