Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares and packs customer orders for shipment using established procedures.
• Verifies order quantities and part numbers prior to shipment.
• Maintains organization and cleanliness of shipping/packing areas.
• Assists with stocking and organizing inventory as directed.
• Uses scanners, shipping systems, and warehouse documentation to process orders.
• Reports inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or shipping concerns to leadership.
• Lifts and moves parts weighing up to 30 pounds.
• May drive company vehicle on campus for daily mail/parcel run.
• Performs other warehouse duties as assigned.
