Job summary

North Central International, a full-service truck dealer group with locations across the upper Midwest, seeks a Parts Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver in Fargo, ND. You will handle shipping/receiving, inventory control, and local deliveries to keep customers on the road.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a clean driving record, and 1+ year in a warehouse setting. CDL is not required unless operating larger vehicles; teamwork and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• CDL not required unless operating larger vehicles.
• 1+ year of warehouse/inventory/parts experience preferred.
• Basic computer and data entry skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in pulling, counting, and shipping parts.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication with coworkers, vendors, and customers.
• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle for local deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify contents and document accordingly.
• Prepare outgoing shipments; pack, label, and process orders in shipping systems.
• Unload trucks, containers, or pallets with forklifts or pallet jacks as required.
• Sort, label, and store incoming goods per inventory procedures; maintain records.
• Drive company vehicle to deliver or pick up parts for customers or vendors; obtain signatures.
• Pull parts to fulfill orders; assist team with locating items.
• Maintain accurate counts through cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Coordinate core and vendor returns; process returns as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the work areas and vehicles.
• Support other department tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
