Job summary

HOLT Group is seeking a Parts Intern- College in San Antonio to join the Machine Division on a part-time basis. The role focuses on on-the-job training and understanding the Parts Department operations under supervision.

As an intern, you will participate in safety training, shadow Parts leadership, and support order pulling, stock replenishment, and warehouse upkeep while developing foundational skills for a career in parts management.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to read/understand work instructions.
• Good written and verbal communication; time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend classroom courses as required.
• Complete safety training and attend safety meetings.
• Receive coaching from Parts leadership.
• Assist in parts order pulling and stock replenishment.
• Maintain warehouse and outdoor yards; keep neat and orderly.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures.
