Job summary

Allstate Peterbilt Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support parts distribution across its network. You will pick, pack, and prepare truck parts, operate sit-down forklifts, and assist with palletizing and loading for next-day delivery.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and safety, with opportunities for training and advancement as the network grows. A positive attitude and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to pass required drug test and background screening.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. from the ground unassisted.
• Basic understanding of computers.
• Positive attitude, and ability to work well individually, and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack truck parts for all branches.
• Operate sit-down forklifts and order pickers to pull orders.
• Sort products transferred between branches.
• Build pallets and shipping cages for delivery as a team.
• Report quality issues to supervisor.
• Weight, wrap, and load materials for next day delivery.
• Maintain warehouse accuracy and cleanliness.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

• Picking and Packing truck parts for all branches within the Allstate Peterbilt Group Network.
• Daily utilization of Sit-down forklifts, and order pickers to pull orders.
• Accurately sorting products transferred between branches.
• Working as a team to safely build pallets and shipping cages for delivery.
• Reporting quality issues to immediate supervisor.
• Weighing, wrapping, and loading materials on trucks for next day delivery.
• Helping to maintain warehouse accuracy, organization and cleanliness.

Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to pass required drug test and background screening.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. from the ground unassisted.
• Basic understanding of computers.
