Job summary

Allstate Peterbilt Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will perform picking and packing of truck parts across our network and operate sit-down forklifts to pull orders. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and accuracy in handling materials for daily shipments.

Shifts are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with benefits including health insurance options, 401(k) with match, and ample training opportunities at multiple dealership locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to pass drug test and background screening.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
• Basic understanding of computers.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well individually and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing truck parts for all branches within the Allstate Peterbilt Group Network.
• Daily utilization of sit-down forklifts and order pickers to pull orders.
• Accurately sorting products transferred between branches.
• Working as a team to safely build pallets and shipping cages for delivery.
• Reporting quality issues to immediate supervisor.
• Weighing, wrapping, and loading materials on trucks for next day delivery.
• Helping to maintain warehouse accuracy, organization and cleanliness.
