Allstate Peterbilt Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support parts operations across our Fargo network. You will pick, pack, and stage parts, utilizing sit-down forklifts and order pickers to fulfill daily orders.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and safe handling of materials, with a Monday–Friday schedule and full-time employment. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1: Drug test and background screening may be required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Basic understanding of computers.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well individually and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing truck parts for all branches within the network.
• Daily use of sit-down forklifts and order pickers to pull orders.
• Sort products transferred between branches.
• Build pallets and shipping cages for delivery as a team.
• Report quality issues to supervisor.
• Weigh, wrap, and load materials on trucks for next-day delivery.
• Maintain warehouse accuracy, organization, and cleanliness.
