Job summary

MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc. is seeking a warehouse teammate to responsibly fill inbound and outbound parts orders for the Parts Department, servicing internal and external customers.

You will receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship parts, and support inventory management while working in a fast-paced environment. Forklift eligibility is required or pursued, with safety and accuracy emphasized in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience in warehouse work related to parts or inventory.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Caterpillar Parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Assist customers (internal and external) with orders, returns and backorders; fill and process inbound and outbound parts orders.
• Process daily stock: unload inbound Freight, receipting, update locations, returns, discrepancies, transfers; cycle counts.
• Complete shipment paperwork; perform daily maintenance and inventory reconciliation.
• Assist with repairing and rebuilding hose assemblies as needed.
• Perform related duties as required.
